You will represent the Habib Group brand by delivering exceptional customer service and supporting the overall buying process, while building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers. Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly and lead by example in delivering exceptional service.

• Provide outstanding customer service to build a loyal base of repeat shoppers.

• Collaborate effectively as a team member and motivate others to exceed performance standards.

• Consistently uphold high customer service standards to ensure a positive shopping experience and meet daily sales targets.

• Develop and implement effective cross-selling strategies to promote relevant products.

• Manage financial transactions and process payments with accuracy and efficiency.

• Operate the cash register proficiently and ensure transaction accuracy.

• Follow all action plans provided to enhance individual and store productivity.

• Adhere to all Collection Training and Visual Merchandising (VM) Guidelines.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting store environment at all times.

• Assist with inventory management, including stock takes and cycle counts.

• Handle customer complaints professionally and promptly.

• Process incoming stock and returns as required.

• Support all operational tasks related to loss prevention and stock management.

• Foster a positive customer experience and contribute to a supportive team culture.

• Work collaboratively with the management team and colleagues to achieve personal and store performance goals.

• Consistently aim to meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets with a strong commercial mindset.

• Report directly to the Boutique Manager on matters related to health and safety, operational procedures, staff appearance, and promotional activities.

• Perform any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

• Requirements:
• Minimum qualification of Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) or equivalent.
• Preferably 2-3 years of relevant working experiences in retail watches industry. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply too.
• Strong business knowledge in retail management, sales and marketing and customer services.
• Good command of verbal and written English and Bahasa Melayu languages, ability to speak additional languages will be an added advantage.
• Enthusiastic, friendly and energetic with a genuine desire to provide outstanding service.
• Able to work as a team.
• Must be willing to work on shifts (retail hours) / weekends and public holidays.
