  • Identify and develop new corporate accounts and business opportunities.
  • Proactively source potential clients through cold calling, networking, referrals, LinkedIn and other business development channels.
  • Research companies to identify organisations with current or upcoming recruitment needs.
  • Connect with HR professionals, hiring managers, business owners and key decision-makers.
  • Arrange meetings with prospective clients to understand their hiring requirements.
  • Introduce our company's recruitment and talent solutions to prospective clients.
  • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective corporate accounts.
  • Convert prospects into new client accounts and establish long-term business relationships.
