we are fran, a next-generation beauty retailer in singapore, designed for how people actually shop beauty today: fast, trend-driven and personal. our range brings together beauty brands around the region, curated around your routines, your climate and your actual life. we believe the customer is a friend, not a transaction, so there's no selling pressure, just a store you'd want to bring a friend to. we are looking for friendly and hands-on part-time retail crew to join our store team.

this is a flexible, customer-facing role for students, fresh graduates or anyone looking to work alongside other commitments while getting into beauty retail. during your shifts, you will support the floor, help customers find products that actually work for their skin and keep the store looking its best.

what you'll do

customer experience

• welcome every customer warmly and make the store a place people enjoy visiting.
• help customers discover products that suit their needs, without the hard sell.
• handle questions and feedback with care and professionalism.

product knowledge

• learn the key ingredients, benefits and usage of products across our range.
• recommend products confidently when a customer needs guidance.
• keep up with beauty trends and new launches across k-beauty, c-beauty, j-beauty and sea brands.

store operations

• support stock replenishment, stock counts and store opening and closing.
• maintain cleanliness, hygiene and display standards across the store.
• maintain product displays in line with visual merchandising guidelines, and support in-store campaigns, promotions and product launches.

what we're looking for

• a genuine beauty enthusiast who uses the products, follows what's new and trending, and wants to keep learning.
• friendly, upbeat and resilient, with the energy to keep good vibes going through a busy shift.
• reliable and responsible, showing up for your shifts and taking pride in how the store runs.
• comfortable using POS and store systems. a content creation instinct is a strong plus.
• students, fresh graduates and those new to retail or moving over from other retail categories are all welcome.
• able to commit to regular shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• open to singapore citizens and permanent residents only.
