Customer Service: Welcome customers politely; listen carefully to orders; prepare items according to customer preferences; confirm orders accurately; handle questions or complaints professionally; and minimise waiting time without compromising quality.

Food Preparation and Quality: Prepare sandwiches, wraps, salads and other menu items according to Subway recipes, portion guides and SOPs; follow ingredient handling, portioning, storage and presentation procedures; ensure orders are accurate and complete; and minimise food wastage.

Food Safety and Hygiene: Follow food safety, personal hygiene and handwashing requirements; wear the required uniform properly, including the prescribed cap, apron and other protective items as applicable; maintain correct food storage and temperature controls; and report food safety concerns or equipment problems immediately.

Cleaning and Restaurant Maintenance: Keep preparation counters, equipment, dining areas and workstations clean and organised; complete assigned cleaning and sanitising tasks; wash utensils and equipment properly; and follow opening, closing and other operational procedures.

Teamwork and Daily Operations: Cooperate with colleagues and supervisors; follow instructions, rosters, company policies and SOPs; arrive punctually and attend assigned shifts reliably; remain productive during quieter periods; assist colleagues; and promptly inform the Supervisor if unable to attend a scheduled shift.
