Are you passionate about building customer relationships and delivering commercial results?

As an Account Manager, Renewals & Retention, you will manage a portfolio of corporate customers, driving renewals, retention, and account growth. By understanding each customer's evolving business needs, you will strengthen engagement, re-activate at-risk accounts, and identify opportunities to expand the value customers receive from our digital solutions.

This is a Permanent, Full Time position, based in Shenton Way, Singapore (hybrid working, work from home 3 days per week).

ABOUT THE ROLE

• Engage with existing customers to understand their needs and concerns.
• Develop retention strategies based on customer feedback.
• Re-engage lapsed customers by leveraging targeted communication strategies.
• Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure customer contentment.
• Contribute to the development of customer retention programs.
• Generate detailed reports on customer interactions and retention metrics.
• Support sales efforts through detailed data analysis and trend identification.
• Coordinate with marketing to align on retention campaigns.
• Assist in the creation of personalized customer retention plans.
