Job Descriptions

• Sales Leadership – To drive sales goal, motivate team and maintain a positive store environment
• Customer Experience – Ascertain customers’ needs and wants, to ensure positive customer experience and resolves issue professionally
• Operation Management – Oversee daily store operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with all operational standards
• Product Expert – Keep up to date and possess strong knowledge of brand or product information, features and benefits
• Team Development – Train and guide the team, assist in recruitment activities (interview candidates) and onboarding
• Inventory Management – Conduct regular stock counts and ensure product availability
• To prepare relevant management reports within timeline
• Any other ad-hoc tasks as and when required

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least SPM level and above
• Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin is an advantage.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in retail field especially selling in IT products (mobile, gadgets and networking)
• Developing sales strategies to meet revenue targets and making strategic decisions for branch growth
• Understanding of products/services and upselling
• Must possess own transport
• Basic knowledge in Microsoft (Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook)
• Able to do paperwork
