Senior Sales Manager – Rooms is responsible for driving room revenue through the acquisition, development, and retention of corporate, travel trade, luxury leisure, and selected group accounts, with a priority focus on Hong Kong, Greater Bay Area, and Mainland China source markets. The role owns a defined account portfolio and is accountable for room-night production, revenue contribution, account penetration, and new business conversion in line with the commercial strategy of Hong Kong Golf & Tennis Academy.

What You Will Do

• Drive rooms business across assigned segments including corporate transient, luxury leisure, travel trade, selected groups, and China outbound accounts.
• Identify, solicit, contract, and retain key accounts with a strong focus on Greater China demand into Hong Kong.
• Manage account production, rate negotiations, contract renewals, and annual RFP submissions across relevant platforms and direct negotiations.
• Build and maintain relationships with travel agencies, luxury consortia, DMCs, PCOs, corporate travel buyers, and regional sales offices to generate qualified room nights.
• Conduct sales calls, client entertainment, site inspections, roadshows, and trade show participation in Hong Kong, Mainland China, and selected regional markets.
• Coordinate with Events & Partnership, Rooms, Food & Beverage, Academy Experience to ensure smooth service delivery for managed accounts and VIP patrons.
• Support cross-selling of the Academy’s membership offering where relevant to corporate and lifestyle clients, with the primary KPI remaining room revenue and account production.
