Key Responsibilities
Sales Development
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Client Account Management
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
Manage client accounts, including billing, invoicing, and payment follow-ups.
Handle client inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
Relationship Building
Develop long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
Provide after-sales support and ensure client satisfaction.
Collaborate with internal teams to meet client needs and resolve issues.
Reporting & Analysis
Track sales performance and prepare regular reports for management.
Monitor client account status and highlight potential risks or opportunities.
Provide insights on market trends and customer preferences.
Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, Accounting, or related field.
Proven experience in sales and/or client account management.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Proficiency in MS Office.
Self-motivated, results-driven, and customer-oriented.
