Role Purpose

We are looking for someone to lead the market validation and business development of GGIS's Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) Digitalisation offering across Malaysia. This role bridges sales, delivery, and product ownership.

Job Description: IFM Digitalisation Consultant / Business Development Location: Johor Bahru, Iskandar region (GREENGARDEN INTEGRATED SERVICES SDN. BHD.) Salary Range: RM4,500–RM5,500 (based on experience and track record)

Key Responsibilities

• Support identication and outreach to target FM buyers (facility managers, operations directors, building owners); assist with discovery calls and needs analysis

• Co-develop proposals with senior leadership; translate client challenges into solutioning opportunities and present solutions to prospects

• Support project delivery from proposal through go-live; assist with implementation planning, configuration, data migration, and system integration

• Facilitate user adoption workshops (process mapping, training, feedback); support go-live coordination; document client outcomes and lessons learned

• Document delivery playbooks, process flows, case studies, and best practices; build internal knowledge base for replication

• Gather market feedback and client insights from each engagement; propose improvements to solution design and positioning

• Coordinate with GGIS leadership, technical teams, and external vendors to ensure smooth solutioning and delivery execution
