Our client is a growing professional services firm providing taxation, business consultancy, bookkeeping, and business process outsourcing services.

Position: Junior Tax Executive

Location: Bayan Baru, Penang

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing tax computations, tax returns, and related documents.
• Support the team in corporate tax, SST and other tax compliance matters.
• Assist with tax submissions and ensure deadlines are met.
• Prepare and maintain proper tax documentation and records.
• Assist in responding to tax-related enquiries and liaising with clients or relevant authorities when required.
• Support tax research and keep updated on relevant tax regulations.
• Perform other tax and accounting-related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Candidates with 1–2 years of tax/accounting experience will be an advantage.
• Good analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
• Good attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting/tax software is an advantage.

Remuneration Package:

• Basic: RM2,500 – RM3,500
• EPF & Socso
• Bonus
• Medical reimbursement up to RM150 pa

Working Hours:

• Monday – Friday working schedule
• 08.00am - 5.00pm

**Staff is expected to complete work assigned if they are not effective and efficient. Requirement to work Saturday or OT maybe required based on their commitment to clients and deadlines.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
