Role Description

The Marketing Intern is a full-time, on-site role based in WP. Kuala Lumpur. This role involves supporting marketing campaigns, assisting in the development of marketing materials, and helping manage online and offline promotional activities. The intern will conduct market research, gather and analyze customer insights, and contribute to social media and content initiatives. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with internal teams, engaging potential customers, and supporting sales and customer service activities to enhance brand visibility and drive user acquisition.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Candidates should possess Market Research and Marketing Strategy skills to support campaign planning and evaluation.
• Candidates should possess foundational Sales and Marketing skills to assist in lead generation and promotional activities.
• Candidates should demonstrate good organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Candidates should be comfortable working on-site in WP. Kuala Lumpur and collaborating in a team-oriented environment.
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and basic data analysis is beneficial.
• Current enrollment in or recent completion of a relevant degree (e.g., Marketing, Business, Communications) is preferred.
