Proven experience as a Finance Manager, with experience managing a team of at least 5 employees.

Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.

Strong knowledge of finance and accounting, with previous experience in roles such as Financial Analyst being an added advantage.

Good understanding of financial trends, business performance, and market conditions.

Proficient in financial management and accounting software.

Strong leadership, interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.

Ability to manage, mentor, and guide team members while ensuring proper financial processes and controls are followed.

Solid understanding of financial analysis, statistics, and accounting principles.

Good knowledge of relevant statutory requirements, financial regulations, and compliance matters.

Professional qualifications such as CFA, CPA, ACCA, or equivalent will be an added advantage.

Prepare and present accurate financial reports, providing meaningful insights and recommendations to management for better business decisions.

Advise management on investment activities and develop financial strategies to support the company’s growth.

Monitor and maintain the overall financial health and stability of the organisation.

Analyse costs, pricing, sales performance, contribution margins, and actual results against business plans and budgets.

Develop financial forecasts, trends, and projections to support strategic planning.

Identify and evaluate opportunities for cost reduction and improved financial efficiency.

Lead and oversee the Finance Department, setting clear goals, objectives, and processes to achieve departmental targets.

Manage the preparation, monitoring, and review of the company’s annual budget.

Work closely with external auditors to ensure proper financial monitoring, reporting, and compliance.

Collaborate with other departments to understand business plans, provide financial insights, and support future business strategies.
