Job Summary

You will lead and coordinate mechanical and electrical (M&E) works on site, ensuring compliance with design specifications, safety standards, and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with consultants, clients, subcontractors, and authorities to resolve technical issues and drive project progress efficiently.

Responsibilities

Coordinate with consultants, clients, and subcontractors to monitor and report on the progress of M&E works

Supervise subcontractors’ M&E activities to ensure strict adherence to design drawings, specifications, shop drawings, method statements, and local codes and regulations

Enforce compliance with safety, environmental, and project specifications throughout all M&E operations

Collaborate with relevant authorities, subcontractors, and clients to manage technical matters including shop drawing submissions, inspections, testing requirements, and commissioning processes

Diagnose and resolve on-site M&E issues promptly to minimize project delays and maintain quality standards

Participate actively in technical and coordination meetings to align project objectives and resolve cross-functional challenges

Plan and manage the delivery, storage, and utilization of site materials and equipment to optimize resource efficiency and cost-effectiveness

Execute any additional duties assigned by the Project Manager and Project Director to support project success
