Job Description:

Assist patients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming and personal hygiene.
Support patients with feeding, toileting, changing diapers and other basic personal care needs.
Assist with mobility, transferring, repositioning and accompanying them to designated areas.
Monitor patients general well-being and promptly report any changes in their condition to the nursing staff.

Requirements:

Prior experience in healthcare, nursing homes or elderly care is preferred.
Diploma in Nursing / Higher Nitec in Community Care.
