Key Responsibilities

• Technical Support: Provide day-to-day desktop support for Windows/macOS laptops, desktops, printers, and office peripherals.

• Microsoft 365 (M365): Administer, configure, and troubleshoot M365 applications, user accounts, licenses, Outlook/Exchange, Teams, and SharePoint access.

• Active Directory (AD): Manage user accounts, password resets, group policies, and access permissions in Active Directory / Azure AD (Entra ID).

• Software & Hardware Setup: Provision, configure, and deploy new laptops/desktops for incoming employees. Install and update standard business software.

• Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve hardware, network connectivity, and software application errors efficiently.

• IT Ticketing: Log, track, and resolve IT support tickets in a timely manner, ensuring good documentation and communication with end-users.

Key Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: 1+ years of experience in an IT support, helpdesk, or desktop support role.

• Technical Knowledge:

  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 administration and troubleshooting.

  • Basic understanding of Active Directory (AD) user management.

  • Familiarity with Windows 10/11 and macOS environments.

  • Basic networking concepts (Wi-Fi, VPN, TCP/IP, routers/switches).

• Soft Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; strong problem-solving mindset and patience when assisting non-technical users.
