岗位职责

Responsible for taking off measurement, monthly progress claim and final account

Evaluation of tender, preparation of tender and quotation
Carry out quantity take-off for tendering of projects
Sourcing supplies and sub-contractors for quotation for tendering
Project administration and documentation include preparation of interim valuations, pricing and agreement of contract variations
Carry out site measurement
Evaluation and certificate of sub-contractors' progress payments
Performing site visits, assessments and projections
Liaising with site personnel, contractors, subcontractors and suppliers.
Attending meetings with main-contractors pertaining to site work, contracts matter, costings and invoicing and billings works
Reviewing and advising the Project Manager on the cost impact for variation of project specification.
Reviewing construction plans and preparing quantity requirements.
Scrutinizing material costs and contracts to ensure the best deals.
Preparing reports, analyses, contracts, budgets, risk assessment, and other documents.
Keeping track of materials and ordering .
Documenting any changes in design and updating budgets
Other quantity surveying related duties

Requirements:

Diploma/Degree Holders in Quantity Surveying/Building or equivalent from a recognized Institution/University
Minimum 3 years working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Independent, willing to learn and work under pressure
Good technical knowledge and well versed in interpretation of drawings.
Good communicative skills, able to interact with people of all levels and teamwork
An independent and effective team player, collaborating on multi-projects of various stages, ensuring deliverable within set time & expectations.
Bilingual in English and Mandarin
