Position : Sales Admin

Salary : RM2,500 – RM4,500 (depending on experience)

Location : Mount Austin, Johor Bahru

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM
• Saturday: On standby depending on appointments or exhibitions

Job Responsibilities :

• Handle customer enquiries through phone, email and social media platforms.
• Prepare quotations, perform data entry and maintain customer records in the system.
• Gather customer information and coordinate with the Business Development team for follow-up.
• Liaise with customers, suppliers and internal teams regarding orders, pricing and product availability.
• Assist with after-sales enquiries, warranty matters and service requests.
• Handle customer concerns and follow up on service-related matters.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service issues.
• Support other administrative and customer service tasks as assigned.

Requirements :

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business or a related field.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience is preferred; fresh graduates with a suitable background are welcome to apply.
• Good command of English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to handle customer enquiries and resolve issues in a professional manner.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Good organisational and problem-solving skills.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month

Education:

• Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)

Experience:

• Sales: 2 years (Preferred)
• Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)

Language:

• Mandarin (Preferred)
• English (Preferred)
• Bahasa Malaysia (Preferred)
