岗位职责

  • Deliver the family strengthening programme from end to end, including programme planning, monitoring and casework management for participating families.
  • Provide casework management for Zakat beneficiaries, ensuring compliance with established requirements, appropriate follow-up on escalated MUIS/district cases, and coordination of referrals where necessary.
  • Support research date collection and programme evaluation efforts and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on programme implementation matters.
  • Participate in organisational initiatives and provide cross-team support as required.
