Come host the now of Filipino food.
At hayop, we honour the roots and reimagine the future of Filipino cuisine. Our dishes are deeply familiar and daringly refined, crafted with reverence and made with the best ingredients the world can offer. Recognised in the 2025 Michelin Guide Singapore, we’re building a benchmark for what Filipino cooking can be on the world stage.
As Captain, you’ll be a key pillar of our front-of-house team, supporting the Outlet Manager and making sure every guest feels the care, warmth, and craft we stand for.
Your Role
1. Operations & Service
Deliver smooth, attentive service, from greeting and seating guests to taking orders, explaining the menu, and processing payments.
Help the team meet sales goals while upholding high standards of hospitality.
Share your knowledge of the menu, ingredients, and preparation methods, and make thoughtful sake recommendations.
Track and report daily sales and menu performance insights to the Outlet Manager.
Assist other Nozomi outlets when needed.
Carry out pre-service and closing checks so the restaurant is clean, organised, and welcoming.
Maintain equipment and report any issues promptly.
Support the Outlet Manager with inventory and day-to-day coordination of service.
2. Other Duties
Take on additional tasks assigned by the Outlet Manager.
