岗位职责
Eligibility:
Singaporeans & PRs Only | Daily JB–SG Commuters Welcome
Key Responsibilities:
Inspect sites and help plan mechanical layouts and service routings.
Prepare and submit authority permits, shop drawings, and inspection logs.
Help arrange required site tools, machinery, materials, and manpower.
Communicate with clients, consultants, and subcontractors on daily site matters.
Monitor site progress to ensure works follow project schedules and standards.
Ensure all site activities strictly follow WSH safety and environmental rules.
Maintain daily site logs, material submission records, and as-built drawing updates.
Coordinate site walkthroughs, testing & commissioning, and defect rectifications.
Assist Project Leads in coordinating manpower, sub-trades, and daily site tasks.
Perform other supporting tasks as assigned by the Project Leads.
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Civil/Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, or a related field.
1–2 years of experience in M&E or mechanical construction preferred.
Open to fresh graduates with relevant diploma/degree credentials.
Basic understanding of mechanical systems (ACMV, Fire Protection, Plumbing & Sanitary, or Piping systems) and the ability to read M&E/Architectural drawings.
Proactive mindset with strong coordination and problem-solving skills.
Independent and self-directed on-site, with a strong spirit of teamwork.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & Powerpoint); basic knowledge of AutoCAD is an added advantage.
