JOB DESCRIPTION FOR PRACTICAL STAFF (SALES)

Provide assistance to :

1) Ensure enquiries are sent to the correct supplier / origins.

2) Follow up with supplier to make sure we receive their quotation before the closing date and time.

3) Ensure submission of quotation to client on the specified closing date and time.

4) Check the price, technical specification and other terms and conditions before submitting it to client.

5) Response to any other clarification relating to enquiries/ quotation/ PO/delivery status.

6) Check the prices, technical specifications and other term conditions on PO received from client and PO to supplier.

7) Negotiate with supplier on price discount and payment terms.

8) Working together with Logistic Department on tax and freight charges.

9) Assist Sales Department for clerical tasks including photocopying, filing, printing, scanning, etc.

10) Working together with Engineering team on the technical issue.

11) Your responsibility is not only to support your supervisor in achieving the sales target, but your ultimate goal is to convert as many of the quotations you issue as possible into Purchase Orders (PO).

12) Possess high knowledge and understanding of company products and services.

13) To provide daily report or current updates in Sales Department and other related Hablem

14) To carry out such other duties & responsibilities as per Company required from time to time.
