We are looking for customer-focused and sales-driven individuals who enjoy luxury retail, skincare and personalised customer consultations. Salary & Benefits

• Contract Period: $15/hour

• Upon Conversion: $2,600–$2,800/month basic salary

• Attractive sales commissions and performance incentives

• Potential to convert to a permanent full-time position, subject to suitability and business requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Engage customers, introduce premium skincare products and wellness solutions, and identify their needs

• Provide personalised product recommendations and skincare regimen guidance

• Explain product features, benefits and relevant skincare and wellness concepts clearly

• Build customer relationships and deliver an exceptional shopping experience

• Drive sales conversions and work towards individual sales targets

• Process transactions through the point-of-sale (POS) system and maintain accurate sales records

• Support stock management, replenishment and inventory checks

• Maintain counter presentation, product displays and visual merchandising standards

Job Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in retail sales, beauty, skincare, cosmetics, personal care or premium retail

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage customers confidently

• Customer-focused, proactive and comfortable working towards sales targets

• Able to understand product information and communicate recommendations effectively

• Beauty therapy, skincare treatment or wellness experience is an advantage

• Willing to work retail shifts, including weekends and public holidays

• Interested in a longer-term career in luxury beauty retail

Working Hours & Location

Location: Orchard Road, Central Singapore

Retail shifts:

• Shift A: 11:00am–7:00pm

• Shift B: 12:00pm–8:00pm

• Shift C: 12:30pm–9:30pm

Candidates must be comfortable with flexible shift arrangements based on operational needs.
