Randstad is partnering with a MNC Freight Forwarding organization. The organization is an established global freight forwarding and specializing in comprehensive air, ocean, and contract logistics solutions.

About The Job

• Direct branch financial performance, including full P&L accountability, annual budget preparation, cost optimization, and the management of accounts receivable (AR), accounts payable (AP), and file-level profitability (FSL).
• Drive commercial business growth and market development within the designated geographical area by collaborating with sales personnel and participating in strategic client meetings.
• Oversee and manage end-to-end branch operations and administrative processes, ensuring full adherence to corporate policies, local legislation, ISO standards, and GDP requirements.
• Lead and mentor an on-site branch workforce of up to 25 direct and indirect employees, overseeing recruitment, productivity, training, and performance management in coordination with HR.
  
  

Skills And Requirements

• Minimum of 5-10 years of work experience in the freight forwarding sector, with demonstrated expertise in air freight, ocean freight, and logistics.
• Proven track record in people leadership and talent development, including hands-on experience in coaching, conflict management, and team productivity optimization.
• Strong financial acumen with practical experience in P&L monitoring, accounting controls, budgeting, and cost reduction.
