Job Description
Manage the procurement of raw materials, ingredients, packaging materials, and supplies required for sauce manufacturing operations.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and coordinate purchasing activities according to production requirements.
Source and evaluate suppliers based on pricing, quality, and reliability.
Purchase ingredients such as chillies, tomatoes, soybeans, spices, and other food materials as required.
Procure bottles, containers, caps, labels, cartons, and packaging supplies.
Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers.
Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely availability of materials.
Coordinate with production and warehouse teams on material requirements.
Maintain purchasing records and monitor supplier performance.
Identify opportunities to reduce procurement costs while maintaining quality.
