• Basic computer knowledge and ability to perform simple data entry.

• Good communication and customer service skills.

• Able to communicate in English, Bahasa Malaysia, Hokkien, and Mandarin.

• Additional language skills are an advantage: Cantonese, Sign Language, or Tamil.

Job Scope

• Attend to customer enquiries and provide assistance via phone and in person.

• Assist customers with the valuation and pawning of items, including explaining the related process.

• Handle ticket renewal and redemption for customers.

• Perform basic computer data entry and maintain customer or transaction records.

• Provide friendly and professional customer service throughout the transaction process.

• Carry out other day-to-day pawnshop duties as required.

Working Hours
- Monday – Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
- Saturday: 8:30 AM – 1:30 PM
- Sunday & recognized public holidays: Closed
- Lunch Break: 1 hour, Monday – Friday
