About the Role
We are seeking a driven and creative
Digital Marketing Intern
to join our growth-focused team. In this role, you will play a key part in expanding our brand reach, managing creator partnerships, and building engaging social media content. This is a hands-on internship offering direct experience in campaign management, content production, and overall digital strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Leads Management:
Respond and convert potential leads to sales opportunities
KOL & Influencer Outreach (Main Focus):
Identify, reach out to, and coordinate with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), creators, and micro-influencers for brand collaborations, product placement, and sponsored content.
Content Strategy & Creation:
Brainstorm, plan, and execute engaging visual and written content across platforms including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
Social Media Management:
Maintain and manage social media content calendars, schedule posts, monitor engagement, and respond to audience comments/messages.
Digital Campaign Execution:
Assist in setting up, monitoring, and optimizing digital marketing initiatives and performance ad campaigns (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads).
Performance Analytics:
Track engagement metrics, campaign reach, and conversion performance to prepare monthly insights and optimization reports.
Brand Maintenance:
Ensure all external communication and collateral align with brand guidelines and tone of voice.
Requirements & Qualifications
Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, New Media, Business, or a related field.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with an eye for social media trends.
Highly organized with the ability to manage outreach pipelines and follow up with creators systematically.
Familiarity with major social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn).
Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn digital marketing tools and frameworks.
Bonus Points
Experience with video editing tools (e.g., CapCut, Premiere Pro) and basic graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop).
Prior experience managing social media accounts or coordinating influencer marketing campaigns.
