Provide professional and friendly customer service through in-store, phone, and online channels.
Assist customers with product information, orders, payments, and general inquiries.
Handle customer complaints, feedback, exchanges, and returns in a professional manner.
Resolve customer issues promptly while maintaining a positive customer experience.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any outstanding concerns.
Maintain accurate customer information and update records when necessary.
Coordinate with sales, warehouse, and other departments to resolve customer-related issues.
Support customer orders, deliveries, and after-sales service processes.
Monitor customer feedback and identify opportunities to improve service quality.
Maintain a high standard of communication and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
