• Diploma or degree in any field (Finance, Business or Economics preferred)

• Sales, banking, insurance or customer-facing experience an advantage; fresh graduates welcome

• Licences (PCE, CEILLI, FIMM UTS/PRS, CFP/RFP) an advantage — we support you to obtain them

• Confident communicator in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin an advantage

• Self-driven, ethical and results-oriented

• Own transport, based in Johor Bahru

• Conduct financial needs analyses and recommend tailored solutions across protection, retirement, education, investment and estate planning

• Present proposals clearly and guide clients through to policy issuance

• Build and grow your client base through referrals, events, seminars and digital channels

• Review existing portfolios and policies to identify coverage gaps

• Deliver strong after-sales service and long-term relationship management
