Position: Customer Service Manager

Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM

Work Location:
6 Woodlands Industrial Park E1, Singapore 757729

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee daily customer service operations.
• Handle customer enquiries, requests, and feedback professionally.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Follow up with customers and ensure timely responses.
• Prepare quotations, service documents, and other related administrative work.
• Monitor customer accounts and maintain good customer relationships.
• Assist in resolving customer issues and complaints.
• Support the team in scheduling collections, deliveries, and other service arrangements.
• Maintain proper records and documentation.

Requirements:

• Diploma or relevant qualification in Business Administration, Customer Service, or a related field.
• Relevant experience in customer service or operations management.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Good organisational and problem-solving skills.

Salary:
SGD $3,300 – $5,500 per month (adjust according to the actual approved salary)
