PALM ERA, an international marketing agency, seeks an Account Lead with entrepreneurial drive to manage day-to-day client operations and growth. Based in Malaysia, you'll support account strategy, oversee social media execution, maintain strong client relationships, and identify growth opportunities within existing accounts.

Position Summary

The Account Lead manages the operational heartbeat of client relationships, balancing strategic oversight with hands-on execution. You'll ensure smooth delivery, lead client communications, drive social media performance, and identify expansion opportunities—all while bringing energy and business acumen to a high-growth agency environment. Responsibilities

Operational & Execution

• Oversee day-to-day account operations and campaign execution across platforms, particularly social media
• Manage social media strategy, scheduling, and performance monitoring
• Ensure timely delivery of client deliverables and coordinate with internal teams to meet deadlines
• Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights to clients
• Prepare and present regular performance reports and strategic recommendations

Client Management

• Serve as primary point of contact for assigned accounts; build and maintain strong relationships
• Conduct client check-ins, identify needs gaps, and propose solutions or upsells
• Manage multiple accounts simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
• Support client onboarding and ensure successful campaign launches

Required Skills & Experience

Functional Skills (Must-Haves)

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a marketing agency environment
• Proven ability to manage social media platforms, campaigns, and performance
• Ability to analyze and interpret campaign performance data
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms
• Full command of the English language (written and verbal)

Soft Skills

• Excellent communication and presentation abilities
• Strong organizational skills and ability to juggle multiple priorities
• Entrepreneurial mindset—resourceful, proactive, and eager to grow
• Demonstrated ability to grow accounts and identify expansion opportunities
