• Receive customer laundry items and assist with tagging, checking, and sorting.
• Carry out ironing, folding, and packing of garments according to company standards.
• Assist in washing, drying, and basic finishing processes when required.
• Ensure garments are handled carefully to prevent damage, mix-ups, or loss.
• Support the counter by serving walk-in customers and answering basic enquiries when needed.
• Ensure items are properly prepared for customer collection or delivery.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the outlet, including the workstations, machines, and packing areas.
• Follow all operational procedures, safety guidelines, and quality standards.

Pay: RM2,100.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
