We are one of Asia’s leading specialist financial-services recruitment firms, with an established contract recruitment platform, an impressive client base and relationships across major banks, buy-side firms, insurers, fintechs and technology businesses.

We are now looking for a junior recruiter to join our contract recruitment team. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys sourcing, candidate engagement and delivery, and wants to develop within a high-performing specialist desk. Experience supporting contract recruitment would be ideal, although we will also consider strong junior recruiters with transferable sourcing experience.

YOUR OPPORTUNITY

• Work closely with the Singapore Head, who will lead business development and build client relationships and contract opportunities
• Take ownership of candidate sourcing and delivery across live contract vacancies
• Source contractors through our database, LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, advertising and targeted headhunting
• Screen and qualify candidates for skills, availability, rates, motivation and suitability
• Build and maintain specialist contractor talent pools for current and future requirements
• Manage candidate communication throughout the interview, offer, onboarding and placement process
• Develop market knowledge and provide Cain with candidate intelligence, availability and salary or rate insight

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• Some recruitment or candidate-sourcing experience, ideally within contract recruitment
• A genuine interest in the candidate side of recruitment and the ability to engage people confidently
• Strong searching, networking and telephone-based sourcing skills
• Organised, responsive and able to work at pace across multiple live requirements
• Commercial awareness and the confidence to discuss contract rates, availability and motivations
• A collaborative mindset and the ambition to grow with an established contract desk
