We are seeking a commercially minded and analytical Product Operations Lead to oversee and improve the operations of our travel eSIM products and digital platforms.
You will work closely with technology, marketing, customer service, finance and external service providers to ensure smooth product delivery, improve the customer experience and support business growth. This is a hands-on role combining product operations, business analysis, process improvement and cross-functional project management.
Requirements
At least three years of experience in product operations, product management, business operations or a related function, including experience leading projects or cross-functional initiatives.
A diploma or degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, Analytics or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant practical experience.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret operational and commercial data and translate findings into practical improvements.
Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
Experience developing operational processes, documenting requirements and coordinating product launches or system changes.
Commercial awareness and an understanding of pricing, margins, customer acquisition, retention and service delivery costs.
Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
A hands-on approach, sound judgement and strong ownership of outcomes.
Preferred Experience
Experience in travel eSIM, telecommunications, travel technology or cross-border digital services.
Familiarity with eSIM provisioning, activation processes, connectivity troubleshooting and supplier integrations.
Experience with analytics and reporting tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, SQL, GA4 or business intelligence platforms.
Experience spanning both the manufacturing and technology sectors would be an advantage, particularly in product operations, process improvement, systems integration or digital transformation.
Exposure to payment operations, customer support systems, workflow automation or international product launches.
