About the role

We’re looking for a versatile creative who wants to grow beyond design and understand how creative work contributes to engagement, leads, conversions, and revenue.

You’ll work across graphic design, marketing funnels, and social media. We don’t expect you to know everything from day one, but we do expect curiosity, ownership, and a genuine desire to improve.

What you’ll be doing

• Create engaging designs for social media, websites, landing pages, campaigns, and other digital channels
• Build and design landing pages and marketing funnels using GoHighLevel, *************, or similar platforms
• Plan, create, publish, and manage social media content
• Maintain a consistent visual identity across all platforms
• Review performance metrics and improve creative work based on results
• Support marketing campaigns designed to generate leads, conversions, and revenue
• Assist with marketing automation, CRM tagging, workflows, and email campaigns where required
• Occasionally Manage and update websites using WordPress

Practical ability and attitude matter more to us than the number of years you have worked. Fresh graduates and junior candidates with a strong portfolio and initiative are welcome to apply.

Good to have

• Knowledge of digital marketing fundamentals
• Experience with WordPress, GoHighLevel, *************, or similar platforms
• Familiarity with marketing automation, tags, workflows, and customer journeys
• Experience with Meta Ads, email marketing, or other traffic sources
• Knowledge of funnel strategy, conversion-rate optimisation, or performance marketing
• An understanding of how creative work can influence business results
