Salary: RM 3,200 to 3,500 per month base, plus a performance component linked to sales targets
Employment: Full-time, 45 hours/week
Start date: As soon as possible
Operating hours: Wednesday to Sunday, lunch (11:00–14:30) and dinner (17:00–22:30). Monday and Tuesday off.

About Us
We are a French gastronomic restaurant in Bangsar, known for its cuisine and its wine selection. We are a small, focused team, and we are creating a floor supervisor role to run the front of house, grow our sales, and manage guest relations.

About the Role
You will manage reservations and guest communication, lead the floor during service, and actively sell wine, cocktails, and dishes. You will handle the cash register and daily front-of-house administration, and you will serve guests and cover the bar when needed. You will work alongside our kitchen and floor team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage reservations: WhatsApp and phone enquiries, bookings, table plans, and our reservation system
• Welcome guests and lead the front of house during service
• Sell and recommend wine, cocktails, and dishes with confidence
• Serve guests and cover the bar during busy services
• Handle the cash register and daily cash reconciliation
• Build relationships with regular guests and handle complaints professionally
• Support the team on training, shift organisation, and service standards
• Help maintain the dining room and take part in cleaning and closing

What We’re Looking For

Must-have:

• 2+ years of experience in restaurant floor, supervision, or guest-facing roles (verifiable references)
• Fluent English, written and spoken
• Basic wine knowledge (regions, grape varieties, pairings), or a strong, proven willingness to learn quickly
• Confidence in sales and recommendations, not only in execution
• Experience with reservations and guest communication
• Ability to serve and to runthe service and bar during busy services
• Reliable, organised, and comfortable taking initiative
• Valid Malaysian work authorisation (Malaysian citizen or Spouse Visa holder only)

Nice-to-have:

• Mandarin
• Cocktail knowledge
• Fine dining or French restaurant background
