Position Summary

Oversee the daily operations and performance of multiple coffeeshop outlet, ensuring operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, high service standards, and a positive workplace culture. The role involves roster planning, tenant and vendor management, maintenance coordination, and supporting business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily outlet operations and ensure compliance with company SOPs and policies

• Plan and manage staff duty rosters across multiple outlets.

• Conduct regular site visits to monitor cleanliness, service quality, and maintenance.

• Resolve operational issues, including manpower shortages, equipment breakdowns, and tenant concerns.

• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and employment regulations.

• Support recruitment, staff training, and staff performance management.

• Coordinate with tenants and vendors to maintain smooth operations and service standards.

Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of operations management experience, preferably in F&B and coffeeshop operations.

• Strong roster planning, people management, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Hands-on, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple outlets and priorities effectively.

• Candidate will need to be proficient in mandarin since the job requires dealing with tenants and vendors that are mandarin speaking

• Proficient in MS Office; experience with POS and HRIS systems is preferred. Infotech experience is an advantage.

• Willing to travel between outlets and work on weekends or public holidays when required.
