Job Summary
Join our growing team as a Human Resource Executive and Business Development Executive, driving client portfolio management, new client acquisition, and delivering tailored financial advice to individuals and corporate clients.
Responsibilities
Manage and consolidate existing client portfolios to ensure satisfaction and promote portfolio growth
Acquire new clients through targeted business development activities using monthly provided leads
Provide customised financial advice and solutions tailored to the needs of individual and corporate clients
Maintain long-term client relationships to enhance loyalty and retention
Deliver excellent after-sales service to uphold company reputation and client satisfaction
Build and sustain positive relationships with customers across all organizational levels
Schedule and conduct meetings with potential clients to prospect and develop new business opportunities
