Job description

• We are looking for a proactive and responsible Site Coordinator to join our team. This role is ideal for candidates who are interested in building a career in the interior fit-out and construction industry.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Construction Management, Interior Design, Architecture, Building, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.

• Fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply.

• Candidates with 1–2 years of experience in interior fit-out or construction projects are also welcome.

• Interest in interior fit-out, construction, project coordination, and site-based work.

• Basic knowledge of construction and site practices will be an advantage.

• Knowledge of AutoCAD and Microsoft Office will be an added advantage.

• Proactive, responsible, willing to learn, and able to work independently.

• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

• Able to communicate and write in Chinese, English, and Bahasa Malaysia.

• Mandarin -speaking candidates are required as the role involves frequent communication with Mandarin-speaking clients, contractors, and suppliers.

• Possess own transport and willing to travel to project sites when required.

• Candidates who are able to start work immediately will have an added advantage.

• Must have full working rights in Malaysia.

• Assist with drawings, documentation & site reports

• Resolve and follow up on day-to-day site matters
