About the Role

The Research Manager supports executive search assignments by identifying high-calibre talent, developing market intelligence, and engaging prospective candidates. Working closely with consultants, you will help build strong talent pipelines and deliver a professional, discreet experience for clients and candidates.

Key Responsibilities

• Research industries, companies, leadership teams, and talent trends.
• Identify suitable candidates through LinkedIn, databases, referrals, and other sources.
• Build market maps, target lists, and candidate pipelines for search assignments.
• Approach prospective candidates and introduce relevant career opportunities.
• Conduct initial screening conversations and prepare concise candidate profiles.
• Maintain accurate records and provide timely assignment updates.
• Support consultants with longlists, shortlists, client reports, and business development research.
• Handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.

Candidate Profile

• Diploma or degree in any discipline; fresh graduates are welcome.
• Strong research, analytical, and written communication skills.
• Curious about industries, organisations, and people’s careers.
• Organised, process-oriented, and attentive to detail.
• Confident and engaging when communicating with professionals.
• Resilient, proactive, and able to manage deadlines.
• Experience in recruitment, research, engineering, or product roles is advantageous.
