Job Description

• Industry/ Organization Type: Building Construction
• Position Title: Accounts Asst
• Working Location: Admiralty
• Working Hours: 5 days (Mon – Fri: 8.30am – 5.30pm)
• Salary Package: Basic + AWS + VB
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Manage accounts payable (AP) transactions to ensure accurate and timely payments to suppliers.
• Handle accounts receivable (AR) transactions by recording and tracking customer payments.
• Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, and receipts to maintain accurate financial records.
• Process supplier invoices and arrange payments according to company policies.
• Monitor outstanding customer payments and follow up to ensure timely collection.
• Enter financial data accurately into accounting systems and keep records updated.
• Organise and maintain accounting documents for easy reference and audit purposes.
• Assist with other accounting and administrative duties as assigned by management.

• Minimum GCE 'O' Level, Nitec, Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent qualification.
• 1–2 years of experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, or general accounting is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial documentation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Experience with accounting software is an advantage.
