Role Objective

The Senior Business Analyst will play acritical role in supporting a large‑scale migration and system transformation program. The role will focus on

business requirement definition, migration validation, SIT/UAT support, defect triage, and stakeholder reporting

, ensuring end‑to‑end business readiness for go‑live.

Key Responsibilities

Lead

business requirement gathering

, functional analysis, and documentation for migration and system enhancement initiatives

Define and validate

migration rules, data mappings, reconciliation logic, and acceptance criteria

Act as the

business SPOC

during

SIT and UAT phases

, supporting testers and business users

Participate in

defect triage

, root‑cause analysis, prioritization, and closure validation

Support

UAT planning

, test scenario walkthroughs, and sign‑off coordination

Prepare and deliver

daily/weekly status reports

, defect dashboards, and readiness metrics for leadership

Collaborate closely with Technology, QA, Product Owners, and external vendors

Ensure traceability from requirements to test scenarios and defects

Required Skills & Experience

8–10 years

of Business Analysis experience, with a strong focus on

migration or transformation programs

Strong experience supporting

SIT and UAT activities

Deep understanding of

Insurance processes and data

Experience with

eBaoCloud, InsureMO, or similar core insurance platforms

(preferred)

Strong

SQL skills

for data analysis, reconciliation, and validation

Familiarity with

Agile / SDLC methodologies

Strong communication and stakeholder‑management ability
