This role focuses on driving engagement and conversion across Mutu's TikTok and Instagram. You will work closely with the Content Team Lead to produce high-volume, trend-driven content that stops the scroll and drives sales. We are looking for someone who understands hooks and knows exactly how to turn a viewer into a buyer.

The right candidate is creative, commercially minded, and understands what makes people watch and buy. You should be comfortable producing content daily and adapting quickly to trends.

This role is ideal for someone who wants to create content that actually drives results.

In this role, your responsibilities are:

High-Volume Content Creation: Shoot, edit, and post daily short-form content for TikTok and Instagram.

Conversion-Driven Content: Create videos that drive sales, including product demos, drop tests, problem/solution content, and live-selling teasers.

Hook Writing & Pacing: Write strong hooks and edit videos with fast pacing to maximise watch time and engagement.

Market & Trend Awareness: Take trending formats and elevate them with Mutu's visual identity. Understand what's in the market and create content that drives conversion, not just engagement.

Cross-Team Collaboration: Work with the Content Team Lead and Content Creators to ensure content is both high-performing and on-brand.

This position requires:

• 1 to 3 years of experience in content creation, UGC, e-commerce, or social media marketing.
• A strong portfolio or TikTok/IG account showing content you've made that has performed well.
• Deep understanding of TikTok algorithms, hooks, pacing, and e-commerce (TikTok Shop).
• A marketing mindset that understands how to sell a product and drive action, not just create views.
• Ability to produce multiple pieces of content a day without sacrificing quality.
• Strong written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• A proactive mindset with the ability to take ownership and drive results.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
