Job Summary
Support daily administrative and operational activities to ensure smooth coordination of equipment scheduling, customer communication, and sales support within the company.
Responsibilities
Coordinate daily equipment scheduling to meet customer and operational requirements
Manage customer requests and respond promptly via phone, email, and WhatsApp to ensure high service quality
Support the Sales Team by preparing quotations, managing contracts, and following up with customers to facilitate sales processes
Liaise effectively with customers, equipment operators, drivers, and technicians to ensure seamless communication and operations
Coordinate equipment servicing and maintenance schedules to maintain operational readiness and minimize downtime
Communicate clearly in English to support customer interactions and internal coordination

Sany is the largest concrete equipment manufacturer in the world, and has been providing local concrete construction clients with technical solutions, pumping equipment trading and after-sales service. To gain brand awareness in the market, we have purchased Sany 62m-and-above long-boom pump truck and provided long-term rental for it, to improve our customers’ real experience of Sany concrete equipment.
Our professional team of engineers will provide you with vertical downward delivery solution of concrete for metro projects, as well as super-long distance concrete delivery solutions, and concrete delivery solutions for super-tall building.
Our professional refabrication factory and technical team are capable of the timely disposal of used or dysfunctional equipment during equipment replacement, and they can help you to purchase new equipment without any worries.
