Management Trainee (Future Store Manager)

to join our Singapore team.

The program aims to develop future

Store Manager

and

Operations Leader

who will play a vital role in driving us growth and operational excellence worldwide.

Responsibilities

Assist in daily store operations, including team leadership and customer service management.

Supervise product quality, hygiene, and inventory to ensure smooth and efficient store operations.

Handle customer feedback promptly and support in implementing promotional campaigns.

Conduct basic sales and performance analysis to improve store efficiency.

Manage manpower allocation, control operating costs, and support profitability growth.

Comply with company’s store deployment and scheduling arrangements

as needed.

Requirements

Diploma or above in Hospitality, Business, Management, or related fields.

Preferably

2–4 years of experience

in F&B or retail management;

exceptional candidates without prior industry experience are also welcome to apply.

Strong sense of responsibility, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Able to adapt quickly and perform well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Willing to travel for overseas training and work with multicultural teams.

Positive working attitude, teamwork spirit, and good communication skills.
