Job Summary
Operations and Customer Service Manager responsible for driving sales growth and customer satisfaction by acquiring new customers, enhancing operational systems, and collaborating across departments to ensure quality and efficiency.
Responsibilities
Identify and engage new customers to increase sales and enhance customer satisfaction
Develop, implement, and maintain operational systems and SOPs including social media management, advertising, ordering processes, quality control, inventory management, and cost control
Collaborate with all departments to ensure consistent quality and operational efficiency
Prepare and deliver timely reports to support decision-making and performance tracking
