Role Description The English Teacher role is a full-time, on-site position based in Singapore. The English Teacher will plan, deliver, and evaluate English lessons for learners of varying proficiency levels, using engaging and effective teaching methods. Daily responsibilities include preparing lesson materials, conducting classroom and small-group instruction, assessing student progress, and providing constructive feedback. The role also involves supporting learners with exam preparation, developing learning resources, maintaining accurate records of student performance, and collaborating with colleagues to enhance the curriculum and overall learning experience.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong English Teaching and Teaching skills, with experience instructing learners at different levels.
• Candidates should possess Lesson Planning skills and a solid background in Education, including curriculum design and classroom management.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including clear spoken and written English and the ability to engage diverse learners.
• A relevant degree or diploma in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field is preferred.
• Teaching certifications (e.g., TESOL, CELTA, or equivalent) are beneficial.
• Experience teaching in a classroom or institutional setting, ideally in Singapore or a similar context, is an advantage.
• Ability to work collaboratively, adapt teaching methods to learner needs, and use educational technology effectively.
