Job Overview

Pacific Quartz (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd is the Malaysian subsidiary of Jiangsu Pacific Quartz Co., Ltd., a quartz materials manufacturer. We are setting up our new plant in Kulim, Kedah, and are building our founding team.

Job Requirements

Only Malaysian citizens are eligible to apply.

Possess a valid Chargeman A4 certificate from Suruhanjaya Tenaga (Energy Commission).

Able to read single-line diagrams, schematics and wiring diagrams.

Skilled with multimeters, insulation testers, clamp meters and earth resistance testers.

Basic knowledge of PLC and VFD is an advantage.

Able to work shifts (minimum 240 working hours per month).

Basic English or Mandarin, good teamwork and a strong sense of responsibility.

Install, maintain and repair the plant's low-voltage distribution, motor controls, distribution boards, lighting and power circuits.

Troubleshoot and repair contactors, circuit breakers, relays and switches.

Support PLC, automation, VFD (inverter) and servo systems.

Carry out routine electrical inspections and keep maintenance records.

Follow MS IEC standards and the electrical safety rules of TNB, NUR Power and the plant.

Work on a rotating shift or on-duty roster.
