Responsibilities:

• To manage and supervise the selling floors’ operational issues (products sourcing, pricing strategy, creative display, promotional planning, manpower & staffing, and etc) for Grocery, Sundry & Toiletries, Fresh & Perishables departments.
• Need to be an aggressive self-starter and possess with strong knowledge and skills in managing the above mentioned departments to achieve the company objectives.

Requirements:

• Possess minimum of 5 years working Executive post and experience in handling of Grocery, Sundry & Toiletries, Fresh & Perishables merchandises.
• Strong skills of leading & supervising subordinates to work as a team to achieve the target results.
• Strong interpersonal skill to generate effective negotiation and dealings with suppliers.
• Wide exposures and good networking with the latest retailing market suppliers and trends.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
