Client is seeking to hire a 1 Year Contract Executive Assistant.

• Duration: 1 Year contract
• Salary: $2700 - $3000

Your new role

• Deliver professional and responsive customer service when engaging with customers to arrange appointments and address enquiries.
• Maintain and update schedules, work records, and operational data within Excel-based tracking systems and databases.
• Coordinate and assign contractors and field teams based on the latest project schedules and operational requirements.
• Work closely with internal teams and stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure smooth service delivery.
• Communicate effectively with customers and stakeholders to provide timely updates and satisfactory resolutions.
• Identify opportunities to streamline and enhance tracking databases, reporting tools, and administrative processes.
• Prepare and generate reports for management and various stakeholders.
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.

What you'll need to succeed

• Diploma in any relevant field
• Previous experience in customer service, scheduling, coordination, or a related administrative role.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage professionally with customers and stakeholders.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, macros, and basic data analysis, with experience managing large datasets.
