KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Coordinate architectural design and construction activities across major building projects.

Review architectural drawings, shop drawings and technical specifications to ensure compliance with project requirements.

Liaise with architects, consultants, subcontractors and site teams to resolve technical and design issues.

Coordinate architectural interfaces with C&S and M&E works, ensuring effective multidisciplinary integration.

Manage material submissions, technical approvals and architectural work schedules to support construction progress.

Conduct site inspections and quality checks to ensure works comply with approved drawings and specifications.

REQUIREMENTS

Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Architectural Technology, Building or equivalent.

Minimum 3 years of relevant architectural coordination experience, preferably with a Main Contractor.

Experience in large-scale Building Construction projects, particularly industrial, commercial or high-rise developments.

Strong knowledge of architectural drawings, construction methods, materials and finishing works.

Experience in architectural, C&S and M&E coordination, including technical submissions and shop drawings.

Proficiency in AutoCAD and relevant design software, with good communication and problem-solving skills.
